Multiple good experiences, and that’s coming from a picky car guy. I’d say they average 20% less expensive than a dealer, with equal or better quality work. They may be a tick above other independents in price, but that is because they’re uncompromising on parts selection/quality. As for negative reviewers, the owner and manager are passionate and not going to tolerate nonsense or abuse, but they’ve always been fair and gentlemanly to me. Also bear in mind, the statistical odds of an older high mileage BMW having an issue around the same time another issue is repaired, is quite high. I think some of this leads to unfair blame.

Just had another great experience with KMS. I try to DIY as much as possible on by BMW products but this electrical repair bested me. Mark got me in quickly and within an hour the problem was fixed for a very reasonable price. Thanks for the great work team KMS.

I had an excellent experience with Koala. I brought them my high mileage, well-maintained Cayenne needing specialized diagnosis and repairs beyond the capabilities of most other shops. I liked that I was given a steady flow of information during the diagnosis. We were able to find the most reasonable solutions and the repairs were done to my satisfaction in a timely, cost-effective manner. I recommend them and will use them again.

I know a lot about cars and take care of mine but Koala taught me things I didn’t know and told me what I was doing wrong. These guys are honest and experts with BMWs. They deserve every penny they earn. I had vanos codes and a wrecked transfer case and they took care of it and my dashboard isn’t a Christmas tree finally! I trust these guys. They even helped me find a transfer case for 1/5th of what I would have paid for at the dealer! They showed class and quality.

Took my Porsche 944 S2 to Koala for a new clutch. They were very thorough and with great attention to detail found a few other issues, one requiruing a harder to find part. They sourced the part and completed the job with excellent customer service along the way. Thank you to all at Koala, I will definitely return!

Scheduled service online, quick response from Mark. Dropped the car off and got a loaner, took 2 minutes. Before 10AM car was diagnosed, and they knew the issue. Job finished before noon and I could go pick up the car. Easy appointment setting, work done timely, loaner car was huge help.

The Men of Koala Motor Sports are superbly thorough tecnicians of all European Sports cars The service is neither fast nor inexpensive, but sll service has a 100,000 three year warranty, so time and money are about as relevant a consideration as Rime snd Math were to Albert J Einstein The finicky BMW’s and Audi’s are worked on with the German precision of its very own engineer auto makers ! There IS NOWHERE else to have one’s 2003 Z4

Very nice people. Twice I needed help after the battery died in my BMW. Both times they squeezed me in and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend them for service on your BMW or other make they work on.

We've been bringing our BMWs here for a few years now and they have always been able to get us a fast appointment and they're super friendly and knowledgeable about whatever issues came up over time and or if I just needed the oil changed. We definitely recommend using them for your BMW maintenance.

Received a mailer advertising Audi repair. Called Mark for comparison pricing on drive shaft repair for my Q5. Pricing was much lower than dealership and another Audi specialist. Work was done timely, they provided me with a loaner car. I'm very pleased with my service, KMS saved me nearly 2k!
