As a New BMW owner with no previous service history / experience; I was a bit shocked at the estimate for the service required on my used 328 . However after some research and discussion with Greg ,I discovered KMS's quote was well with in reason and their explanation of the cars issue spot on . KMS performed the needed service and on the ride home, via the beautiful twisty roads of Geagua County, the car's performance was noticeably improved. Thank you KMS .... FOR A JOB WELL DONE . The work done on my BMW, whether it be an intricate fuel consumption problem or an oil change, has been efficient and professionally done. A work estimate was always provided beforehand (to set expectations), the work was done on a timely basis and a follow-up notification (phone call) of completed work was completed. My thanks to KMS (and its personnel) for a job well done that exceeded my expectations. I will return to KMS for all future work on my BMW.
