I own a Mini Cooper convertible and while at a local Mini Dealer in the Cleveland last summer, I learned about Koala Motorsports. Koala Motorsports is awesome! They are prompt, thorough, and fairly priced. Although I have only used them twice over the last two years, I am a customer for life. Most recently, my son's HVAC quit working. I called and was given a same-day appointment. Not only was I given a same-day appointment but they finished his car a few hours later...now that's what I call service. Outstanding! Thank you very much Brett/Greg for taking care of us.

Thanks for taking the time and having the patience to find the cause of the the intermittent and elusive vibrations I have been experiencing with my car. Replacing the rear subframe mounting bushings has certainly improved the ride and feel of the car and most importantly seems to have cured the vibration problem.

Greg and KMS did a great job. First time using them after a few years of contemplation. Mercedes CLS550. Nice facility, showroom, waiting area with wifi. Loaner cars are a nice benefit.
